The price of Viagra in Pakistan may be increasing, according to a study published in the March 2023 issue of theAsian Journal of Science and Technology. It also has been revealed that Viagra may increase the blood pressure in men, the study's authors reported.
The drug, also known by its brand name sildenafil citrate, is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent. It works by increasing the level of prostaglandin (PG) A2 in the blood. It is also used to treat erectile dysfunction in men.
A study of Viagra's effects on penile tissue, blood pressure and heart rate reported that the drug can cause a slight decrease in blood pressure.
Researchers reported the finding in theArimetricsjournal, theAsian Journal of Science and Technology.
The research is part of a ongoing study to find out whether a similar effect has been found in men taking sildenafil, or the drug's chemical cousin, tadalafil.
Researchers found that men taking Viagra were twice as likely to be depressed and three times as likely to have had sexual activity.
This research, published in theJournal of Sexual Medicinein February, is part of a larger research project that is being conducted by the University of the Southeastern Pennsylvania (UPE) on sildenafil citrate. The study will involve the use of sildenafil to treat erectile dysfunction, a condition in which men have difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. The study is also part of a larger study to see if Viagra can help men suffering from erectile dysfunction.
Viagra, which was approved by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration in 2003, was also sold under the brand name Viagra®.
According to the UPE study, Viagra increases blood flow to the penis, which helps men get and keep an erection. In addition, the drug also works by relaxing the smooth muscle in the penis, which is responsible for blood flow to the penis.

Viagra can be taken by men who have low blood pressure, and it can cause side effects, such as headaches, nausea, dizziness, and chest pain. However, the drug is not known for causing any long-term side effects, including an erection that lasts for more than four hours.
The researchers also found that Viagra can cause a slight decrease in blood pressure in men taking the drug.
The authors, based on data from the study, said they believe the drug may affect the blood vessels in the penis, and it may increase the blood pressure in men with erectile dysfunction.
Viagra, which is marketed under the brand name Sildenafil, is available in 100 milligrams (mg). It is not yet FDA approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Merck said it had agreed to pay $3.5 billion to settle allegations it had marketed the drug for years with the hope that patients would see improvement in their symptoms. Merck agreed to a $7.2 billion settlement with the company in November that would result in the company's return of $3.3 billion in fines for infringement and civil liability.
The settlement resolves $3.3 billion in civil settlements filed by Merck and Pfizer, which have been accused of colluding to protect the patents and other rights for the drug.
In a statement, Pfizer said it was "committed to the successful resolution of the matter, and is committed to further our mission of providing patients with safe and effective treatment for their condition," adding that the settlement "will continue to protect the rights of millions of consumers, and will further encourage the development of innovative, safe, and effective medications."
Viagra, the drug for treating erectile dysfunction, is among Pfizer's top sellers. Last year, it accounted for $1.3 billion of global sales, and more than half of its revenue comes from sales of Pfizer's top product, the drug's generic equivalent.
Viagra has not made a dime in U. S. patents for nearly a quarter of the drug's sales, according to the most recent annual report. Merck has sold more than 10 million Pfizer patents since then, and Pfizer has filed more than 6.5 million for Viagra.
Merck and Pfizer will pay $1.2 billion in settlements in the U. and Puerto Rico to settle the cases. The largest settlements were in the United States, with $3.6 billion and $4.2 billion in U. civil litigation, respectively.
Viagra and its generic counterpart Cialis, are Pfizer's top-selling drugs, with sales of $3.2 billion and $3.8 billion respectively, according to data from the Food and Drug Administration.
